1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

4. Account Management and Security

You must not share your account information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify 777pin of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made using your credentials. 777pin will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you have failed to maintain adequate security.

4.2 Account Activity Monitoring

777pin employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, and violations of these Terms. We reserve the right to review account activity, betting patterns, transaction history, and communication records at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 777pin platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings, bonuses, or promotional credits associated with such accounts will be voided and forfeited.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

6. Withdrawals and Processing Times

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC verification process, wagered your deposit amount at least one (1) time (anti-fraud measure), satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and maintained a positive account balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Program

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback, and loyalty rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while using bonus funds, and withdrawal conditions. 7.4 Loyalty Program

The 777pin Loyalty Program rewards active players with points based on betting activity. Points can be redeemed for cashback, free bets, exclusive promotions, and other benefits. Loyalty status is determined by monthly wagering volume and activity levels. Loyalty program terms are subject to change, and 777pin reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 777pin. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, rule violations, or bets placed after an event outcome is already determined. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified except as provided in these Terms or applicable game rules.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, screen scrapers, or any third-party applications designed to manipulate or automate betting; exploiting software bugs or errors; reverse-engineering platform code; or using VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in other illicit financial activities prohibited under Philippine law and international anti-money laundering standards.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 777pin staff; posting offensive or illegal content; spamming chat features; or engaging in discriminatory conduct.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between different platforms or markets to guarantee profit with zero risk.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your account, or accessing another user's account without authorization.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (deposits and winnings), reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable, and permanent ban from the 777pin platform.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on the 777pin platform are the exclusive property of 777pin or its licensors and are protected by Philippine copyright law, trademark law, and international intellectual property treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 777pin is not responsible for: (a) interruptions or delays in service due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; (b) loss or corruption of data; (c) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security; (d) actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service vendors; or (e) losses resulting from your violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaint Process

12.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes with 777pin will be resolved on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against 777pin.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by 777pin

777pin reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the platform or other users. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits or withdrawals, or access account features pending investigation.

13.2 Permanent Termination

777pin may permanently terminate your account and ban you from the platform for serious violations including fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, collusion, bonus abuse, or repeated breaches of these Terms. Upon termination, your account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or amounts owed to 777pin, provided you have completed KYC verification.

13.3 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support.
